"Great purses but if you wanna buy one buy from a third party. This company's ordering process is a joke at best and customer service is even worse than that. My boyfriend placed an order for me for a Christmas gift on November 22, December 4th we still had not heard ANYTHING about the status of the order and the website still said "processing". My boyfriend attempted to e-mail their "customer service" 3 times and all 3 times he NEVER received a reply. Finally after all this we called where the rude man on the phone stated my package had shipped via UPS on November 24th. Now being as this company is based out of California and I live in Washington State I asked for a tracking number as I thought it was odd that we had not received it yet. He then proceeded to tell me he couldn't give me a tracking number. At this point I questioned why to which he replied "If you have a problem with it you can shop somewhere else next time"...I was literally DUMBFOUNDED. He then apparently cancelled my order because he didn't like my tone...realistically this guy was rude and full of lies. If he was that capable of CANCELLING an order I would go out on a limb and say it hadn't shipped yet. My boyfriend received an email stating he cancelled the order and his money would be refunded...It then took 3 days to obtain that refund locking up Christmas money and making it impossible to get me another item I wanted on time to receive it by Christmas. I am NOT the only one with this problem, check their facebook page and you will find many many more people concerned that they haven't received a package and they can't get a reply from their e-mails."
