"This does not work. I have an email from them apologising it didn’t work on iPhone however they refuse to refund suggesting there may be a future fix. That was a year ago. I have now asked for the fix or a refund. I have an email from them stating they will not refund even though they admit I will not be able to make it work !!!! So essentially it is a scam they say it will work upfront (knowing it won’t), take your money, and refuse to refund in spite of the fact they have data showing I haven’t used it. They know when they sell it to you it isn’t going to work, they will take your money regardless and won’t give it back even though the only thing you have done wrong is trust them. I feel strongly about these companies that choose to rip off knowingly. "

"Purchased mSpy after a lengthy online chat with an online mSpy Representative, despite being told it would work on iOS 7 and above, I only found out it was not compatible with the most recent update (14.4.2) after I had paid and received installation instruction, no where on their website does it state that it does not work on the most recent iOS.
Requested a refund as I was promised a refund by online representative if it did not work, request for refund has been vehemently denied.
I have copies of all chats and have forwarded them to their billing department, of which they don't care once they have your money.
