"I have an Apple I-Mac that I needed to add a monitor to. My current machine uses thunderbolt ports. Since there are several thunderbolt types available, and since the exact type was not listed in the description I decided to take a chance with this particular monitor. Of course the type of thunderbolt port on the monitor does not work with my I-Mac I was forced to purchase an adaptor at a cost of just under $50.00 to complete the set up. Not what I was hoping for. Now that I have the correct set up it is working fine. Still, a little miffed that I had to purchase an adaptor and wait for it to arrive in order to see if the monitor would actually work with my I-Mac."
"I had a 2014 Macbook Pro that worked fine for occasional off-site tasks, but the battery began to swell alarmingly. I learned it would be an expensive fix on that model and looked around for an alternate. OWC/Macsales.com had a 2017 MBP with similar ram and it was just $329! I ordered it and it looks great, runs like new, and I was able to migrate everything I needed from the old computer (before erasing and junking it). This new one should give me several years of good use, thank you!"

"I bought 4 16 memory but mac wouldn't start so I took out 2 of them and it worked fine. Tried to contact MacSales and system was down. After posting review, I was in fact contacted by customer service. We will see if the issue can be resolved. But they did reach out as they stated in their response to this review."
