I never received a confirmation, so I placed the order again, and received a prompt confirmation (not all of the items I originally ordered were still available). The first order was paid by PayPal, and when I checked my account it said the payment was on hold because they had no address even though the address was clearly displayed and has been the address of record for PayPal for decades/"

"No shipping charge was shown at purchase. Auto link took me to PayPal which showed a $10 shipping charge. When I accepted that an auto link brought me back to OWC which then showed me the shipping options available. USPS showed as $6. That left me wondering how much I was actually charged."
