"The only issue I had was trying to add a larger SSI drive after I ordered it. The sales department told me to cancel the order and order the computer again with the proper hard drive. Seems like they could have easily done that. Otherwise the computer is great so far! Needed to run the newest version of Photoshop and does that well."

P.S. Deleting both of two shipping addresses didn't work: one of the incorrect addresses was still there later.
ALSO, I logged in, got the addresses correct (took about a minute), went to the checkout screen, it asked me to log in again."

"It took me 30 minutes to checkout, because I made a change to my cart. Repeatedly received a message that my cart had changed, to review and confirm. Only problem: no way to review and confirm. I kept going to my cart, saving it, and proceeding to checkout, only to receive the same message. Finally I had to remove everything from my cart, go back to each item to add it back in, then checkout worked. It’s 2023, buying things in the internet should be really easy."
