"The product I received appeared to be not as ordered. I asked for a return and was rebuffed several times, at first without explanation. Eventually it was shown that the product was correct but not as expected. Myself and customer service had different understanding of the products use. I had explained how the product was to have been used and had customer service looked at product from context of end use much frustration could have been avoided. "

"Using OWC's live chat, I was able to describe my issue and was pointed to the most likely solution - replacement of an old cable. The item arrived when prommised, was easily installed and there have been no problems since. I researched my issue on line and OWC's solution was the one most recommended in several tech articles. OWC is my "go to". Always professional, responsive and recommended suggestions have, so far, always solved an issue.
While on the site I also purchased a "power bank" for my iPhone by "Coal" which was on sale - works great!"

"I purchased a refurbished MacBook Pro from MacSales. The machine is functioning great. It had some scuffs on the side and bottom which surprised me as they were more noticeable than your average, normal use. But, the machine is functioning great and it had specs beyond the bare minimum.

"I bought from MacSales instead of various "cheaper" sources on Amazon etc for my replacement batteries. Their support and the quality of the parts was well worth the difference. Kit had quality parts and everything I needed in detail unlike other kits I looked at. In addition the video was high quality and easy to understand. On top of that is the invaluable support I was able to get with a few questions I had. Smooth process. You get what you pay for. It was a very small amount more to get quality and support."
