"The web store would not allow my cart to check out. I tried 3 different browsers, and all failed. None of them are blocking anything, JavaScript is enabled, and cookies are accepted. Way too much work to be able to make a purchase, saving and recreating carts over and over.

"Like the title says, they leave nothing to the imagination. They have walkthroughs and videos that are very thorough. Sometimes you have to dig around (like I had to do when formatting my Aura N2). I could not figure out why the new drive was not being recognized. A quick call to OWC and Jordan knew exactly what went wrong and everything went smooth after that. He even had an answer when I asked for an external case for my old internal drive. Thanks OWC!"
