"This outfit hides behind automated computer generated responses! They have NO customer support and will undoubtedly rip you off too!! I placed my order Sunday night and immediately spotted a auto correct spelling error their software did. I sent an email immediately sunday night and called their OUTSOURCED customer service number first thing monday morning. I could barely understand their representative. He said that although they received my email they were already processing my order even tho it was incorrect. Well.... they can make the sign immediately but they cant answer a phone or reply to an email for days. And YOU CANT CALL THEM AFYER 5PM OR ON SUNDAY!! What a joke of a company!!! Avoid these bums like the plague. You will only regret having done business here. Oh. The magnets dont stick either. Look at the other people having same problems.

"Ink was blown out on all three of the magnets. It was just a black and white graphic. Why was there seemingly color overspray? Makes the magnets at least a 3-5 footer; up close it's very easy to see.

When shipped, packing tape was stuck directly to the magnets, and left a residue very difficult to remove. I spent about half an hour cleaning them with adhesive solvents so they wouldn't attract dirt and look unprofessional.
