"Unacceptable SLOW shipping. I would have never ordered from them if I knew it would take 3 weeks on top of 16 dollar shipping (Ship date estimated at July 10th). Called them today to see about expediting shipping and was told that it would be an additional 30 dollars to speed up shipping. UGGGHHH! NEVER AGAIN! BAD MISTAKE! UPDATE! I was finally told that they would be happy to put a RUSH on things, reprint it in 3 days, and send it out where I would recieve it in 7 days after that. NEEDLESS TO SAY, I told them I wanted no further dealings with their "company" and demanded a full refund instead. Thank god I used Paypal! Does the term "10 foot pole" ring a bell? BEWARE!!!!!!!"

"I was happy with everything but when I applied the logo it over lapped the letters and looking at the proof you couldn't tell that. I would think someone would be proofing orders and contact customers over concerns they might see. Otherwise I'm happy with quality, time to receive order, and price was very fair."
