"It sucks to pay extra for the faster shipping and handling. If you threw that in free instead of trying to milk every last dollar customers would have a good feeling at the end of checkout instead of a surprised and displeased feeling. I sell 50,000 dollars a month online of merchandise through Amazon and Ebay worldwide and every single item I sell has "free" shipping. Of course I build that cost into the price of the item but surprises during checkout are never welcomed. And 2-3 WEEK service unless I pay for faster is never a a good thing. Feels a bit like you could easily get it out faster but you deliberately go slow unless I pay for speed. Have you ever had service like that at a restaurant? It just leaves a bad taste in the mouth no matter what you do after that. Just thought I would put in my two cents. "
