I have now made my second order with them! I interacted with customer service via email with my first order and phone with this order. Both times were due to my own struggles. The first time, I managed to misspell my email address. I sent them a message letting them know and the customer service representative not only corrected my email, but resent the confirmation email to me. Above and beyond work! The second time, I was struggling to get the promotional price to register at check out. I called and explained what was going on and the customer service representative fixed it within one minute and when I let them know how pleased I was with my first order, I was offered free shipping! This company truly values their customers!"
"Our company has been ordering from Magnets on the Cheap since February 2016 and has spent more than $2,300 on magnet orders. Unfortunately, the last two orders shipped to us were not correct at all.
We have used the same file to submit our artwork through to them forever. The first problem order we encountered with magnets shipped to us was that they were off center with everything shifted toward the bottom and an approximate two inch gap at the top.
They said they would reduce the price to approximately $130 for us and said to make sure we call ahead to see a proof from them every single time to ensure accuracy. Our company felt that was unfair, but understands the cost of doing business, and agreed to the pricing for the reprint.
The second "corrected/reprinted order" they sent to us had the artwork centered properly, but the magnets were pixelated on the right half and the lettering was printed multiple times. Think of re-stamping the same area over and over, but slightly off every time. That is what the corrected version looked like.
Their representative never sent me an email, like she said she would.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. It was good for a time, but there is a cost to being cheap. "

"I had placed two orders with MagnetsOnTheCheap on 8/18 -- the expected delivery times were very long unless you opted for some very over-priced shipping, but the prices were cheap if you were willing to wait, and they had a 2-for-1 promotional price that was just too good to pass up.
I planned to wait until I received those signs before deciding whether or not to place another order, but it turned out that I had a need for another pair of magnetic signs so I thought I'd take a chance. Even without the promotion, there price was still really good for 45mil magnets, so I took the time to lay out exactly what I needed and placed the order on 8/23.
That is I TRIED to place the order. Their website rejected the order saying that PayPal had refused payment. But I received the acknowledgement from PayPal showing that they HAD paid MagnetsOnTheCheap for my order.
I immediately forwarded a copy of the PayPal receipt to them on 8/24, asking them to fix the mistake and process my order. No response at all on 8/24 or 8/25.
On the afternoon of 8/25 when it was obvious that MagnetsOnTheCheap was not going to respond to my email, I called and spoke with a nice young man who could not find any record of anything other than my two orders from 8/18. He took down the PayPal transaction number which the company could easily use to confirm that they had received the payment and to match that payment up with my account. He said he would talk with his supervisor and would call me back within an hour. No one ever called back.
But a while later I did get an email from an Adriana at MagnetsOnTheCheap - completely ignoring everything we had discussed and telling me that my two orders from 8/18 were being processed and would be here in about 10 more days.
So I called them again, waited on hold forever again, and eventually talked so a nice young lady who assured me that the only thing they could find in the computer were my two orders from 8/18. I had to go through the whole explanation AGAIN. The young lady put me on hold twice while she searched her computer but never could find anything. The story then became that only the "Billing Department" would have access to any of the payment records and they were already gone for the day. I asked why this so-called "Billing Department" didn't recognize that there was a problem on 8/23 when they had a PayPal payment with no matching order; or on 8/24 when they got an email from the customer (me) showing proof that PayPal had paid them for my order; or why this "Billing Department" didn't look into the problem after my earlier call that afternoon. The answer to each of those questions was only that "The Billing Department" has to take car of that and they aren't here now.
So now I am AGAIN promised that someone will call me back - Tomorrow - when this "Billing Department" comes to work. So far, everyone I have talked to at MagnetsOnTheCheap have been very nice, very polite, and totally useless. Likewise, so far, MagnetsOnTheCheap has payment for three of my orders, and says they are working on two of those orders, but I have spent over an hour on the phone (most of that time on hold) without getting any answers and have to wait to see if there products are better than their customer service.

Once they got the records sorted out and realized the mistake, the situation turned around 100% -- Adriana worked with me to get the order processed, and they upgraded the processing and shipping to Next Day Air at no cost to me. Alas, this was Friday afternoon, so it was Monday before they could get the magnets shipped out, but I got my magnetic signs about 10AM Tuesday morning (nearly two weeks sooner than expected) and the signs are absolutely perfect. Every bit as good as any that I have seen from companies charging much higher prices.
So, yes, we got off to a rocky start, but I am absolutely delighted with the product and the service was great once they found the error."
"We needed magnetic car signs for my daughter's new business and the website was easy to navigate and design our sign. When I got to checkout, there were several delivery choices and I opted for the second slowest. I felt that the delivery charges were high, but ordered anyway. I was promised delivery by July 1, but July 1 came and went, with no signs. I emailed the company and questions delivery. They sent them out immediately, but I still didn't get them until 7/7.
I really was not happy being charged for delivery 7/1 and not receiving until 7/7, but I was waiting to see the signs to complain. To my pleasant surprise, I rec'd an email from customer y!yservice stating they were sorry for the delay due to production problems and were refunding my total delivery charges. Now that is what I call a fair and honest company."

I tried some refrigerator magnets (our grandsons colorful numbers) and they stuck to the place we wanted to use our purchaced signs, so I know they were just not powerful enough to stay. I advise dont buy these, it is a wastw of money.

(keep from getting towed, parking in restricted areas of hospitals & medical centers.) They work just as intended.
