"I'd give 0 stars if I could! I ordered Save the Dates, Invitations and enclosures for my destination wedding for a total of 3 orders. Save the dates came without issue. The envelope liners took 3 tries to get right. Customer service was unapologetic, did not follow through with providing shipping info, and on the 3rd attempt to get it right- without promised communication once again, made a joke of the whole situation. The invitations, rsvp cards and info cards all came with bent corners, and creases- None of which were from shopping because they did come in a box. Colors were slightly off from one item to the next and envelopes had ink transfer from printing the addresses. Magnet Street caused my invites to be sent to my guests late. And when I responded to the "joke email" if I received the cirrect item finally, I explained my disappointment and the outstanding problems with my items, only to never hear back again. I even stated I'd be leaving negative reviews! Clearly they don't care about their customers, just your money. And don't expect a replacement or refund or even an apology to be offered! Thankfully I ordered extras so I didn't send junky invites out for an island wedding. Heed the bad reviews and go elsewhere..."

"Not only were the products I received perfect and amazing quality, but the employees went above and beyond for me. I made a very rookie mistake, ordering far too many save the dates, and they were so nice and able to help me and ultimately got everything I needed back in order!"

"Great service. Very affordable. After shopping around, my fiancé and I agreed this company has the style we need and are within budget. I loved the feedback I received from customer service about adding our own images to replace the ones originally on the magnet. Very easy process. We ordered a sample to make sure the new image came out as we liked and also that the size was what we envisioned. Both ended up being perfect. They even put the price towards ordering the sample with the final batch order that we placed, so our money really just went towards the full order. We got a nice little sample package in the mail showing off their products too. Great company, great service. Heavily considering using them again for one more product we need for our wedding. "

"The final magnets turned out great but not until after they disappointed greatly the first time. Even though the proof I reviewed and approved looked great, the photo of my fiancé' and me in the magnets that were printed and delivered to me were much, much darker in actuality. When I called to report the issue they said it was due to the photo having a lot of shading and bright spots in it. She said that the technician brought down the bright spots which darkened the whole photo. I told her that our faces were barely visible and these Save-the-dates were not going to work. They said, for another $10 they would run a new batch of magnets. Of course, I had to pay it because I'd already spent over $100 on magnets I couldn't use. What I don't understand is why nobody called or emailed me to tell me that this picture wasn't going to work well. Why did they just keep running the order knowing how poorly they were coming out. Then, when I tried leaving a review at their request after I received my order, I kept getting a review rejection letter stating that nothing negative could be included in my review. I tried twice and got rejected both times. Just be prepared to spend a little more time and money than expected with Magnetstreet. The end result was great though. "
