"Pleased with everything except the post. The connection between that and the base is a poor design and the bolts easily stripped because they are too small for the weight. Had to redrill, tap and use larger bolts to get a stable connection.

"It arrived in excellent condition. Installation was easy for my husband. One of the letters was backwards in the address stickers I ordered, but we didn't need to use it so it was no big deal. My mail is now safer. I love that I can get my mail from the back side - without even stepping off the side walk. That would be helpful if we got a lot of rain."
