"This is one of the absolute wrose companies that I have ever came across. I purchased a dvd/vcr combo from through yahoo from their website. It was one of the lowest prices I saw on the net for this particular model and that alone should've sent some alarms up but I went ahead and ordered. I got my package a week later. I didn't install the player until 3 days after I got it. As soon as I opened the box the product said it was refurbished, something that is not mentione AT ALL on their website. I was a little upset but got over it (I paid more than $130). When I went to go play my first dvd in it it started to freeze up and then skip. It did this with ALL dvd's. I called them up and they said send it back for a refund (website says 30 days). I sent it back a week later. I had to pay again for shipping it out to them. I sent it back with EVERYTHING that came in the box plus a note stating that the item was defective and that i would like a refund. I waited for 2 weeks, didn't hear anything. I called the company they gave me the run around for days. Finally I spoke with someone who said they will issue a replacement not a refund. That's when I lost it! The lady said something about a 7 day return policy! That's how long it took for me to get it in the first place!!! I said the website says 30 days not 7 days and that they will have to issue the refund per a conversation I had with a rep prior to sending it back. I swear it took them until 9/12/03 to get my refund since the time I sent the item back which was about 8/19/03. I called them so many times it wasn't even funny. Do not mess with these people. It was the absolute worse experience I've had at just getting a simple refund for a defective product. They lie alot."
