"First order 2 years ago was fine. This year though, placed order with expedited shipping. Mangos were never shipped and I contacted them for a refund. No refund issued, no mangos sent. Had to do a chargeback to get my money back. I felt scammed."

However, more than half the mangoes turned out to be rotten. They seemed to be from an older batch. Customer service was not good either, and refund has not been provided. "The worst place to order mangoes. I ordered a large box and paid $150!!!! And it all came totally Rotten and black on the inside. I took many pictures and sent them to the support team. They first responded with some bs about how it’s ‘spongy tissue’ when it’s clearly just black on the inside !!!) and then offered to refund me for half the box , then they disappeared and never refunded anything despite nudging them twice !! In short never buy from them I tried many other cheaper and better quality mangoes that I found through a simple google search ."

I have written an email to Jaidev and have not gotten any response yet. I agree that their ethics is highly questionable. Please stay away from them. "

"Title says it all. Please save your money, these people are going to take your money and send you NOTHING. Placed an order in May, called and spoke to an arrogant customer service rep who told me their terms state "if the mangoes you ordered are unavailable, we will send you a box of something else instead" - its now July and I have not received ANYTHING. First off, what kind of joke is that, if I order something that's unavailable REFUND ME. Also, please note that to get a refund you need to send an email to the address at the VERY BOTTOM of their website. If you do not email them, they will basically rob you, never send you anything and will not take their owns steps to provide you any info or refund. SOMEONE NEEDS TO SHUT THEM DOWN."
"In May, I placed an order for 2 boxes. Delivery was scheduled for June 1 but order was delayed due to the pandemic. In mid-June, i requested a refund. His initial reply below.

Later, the seller delivered the mangoes June-end - 1 box containing 5 mangoes. Most looked rotten. See seller's reply below.
"Thanks for the photos. Please note that this is the super jumbo Alphonso from alternate regions. Since the size is bigger the count is lesser. We always also say 3-4 lbs when packed. Your box will still meet

In a box. Regarding spoilage the fruit looks to be in good shape with superficial external sap marks. It will ripen normally - spoilt fruit will rot out by now.

Alphonsos are exclusively grown in Maharashtra, India. There's no alternate region. He didn't mention anything about the 2nd box. Prior to delivery/aforesaid seller's reply, I filed a case w/ Chase - merchandise not delivered."
"Truly Knowlegable and professional- legit and truly know their mangoes. Alphonso is my favorite- most of the mango received from them has been phenomenal!! When fruit was spoilt, they were to the point, trying to understand and fix the problem. Never had trouble reaching them, either directly or got a call back (sometimes they took time to callback). I have been ordering since 2010. When things are beyond their control, they don't hesitate to state their limitations. "
