"Can't change my company name. this is for a charity event that I am on and it was supposed to be a different name and I accidently put my husband's business name by accident and the price kept changing every time I tried to fix it. I finally gave up and left it. For the quality still to be determined. So here is my update! I haven’t received my cups yet! I was not informed when I placed my order that the cups I ordered were out of stock. I didn’t receive my artwork mock up for the cup like I should’ve. It wasn’t until I reached out by email to find out all this. Then the sales rep called me and stated she would let me know if the cups came in or not when she expected them and I never heard from her again until 9/19/2022 only after I reached out through chat to find out if my cups did in fact ship. Of course she only sent an invoice. I of course did not receive any communication on this. The part I’m not happy about is I needed these cups last Tuesday to make sure everything was good but that couldn’t happen. Then I was told I could pay for express shipping if I needed them sooner than the 19th. Umm no. I’m not paying for your mistakes and lack of communicating. I was told they would be here by the 19th when we chatted on the phone. And well they won’t be here till the 20th. Had such high hopes. Not good business practice. I won’t recommend this company to any one. I won’t even order from them again. My customer service stars are for the agents on chat like John not for my sales rep lady. "

"Only note is that I would like if the interface for reordering past orders was easier to use. You have to go back into the order history and find the specific order and then modifying the order is not possible. Should be a better UI."
