"I have used Marco in the past working for other companies and never had a bad word to say about them or the process. This time, however, was different. My name was misspelled in correspondence, and I used a company card to pay for the item then was rarely called by my name again. It may not seem like a big deal but as a customer, I felt slighted. The process in working with the design team was somewhat arduous - not sure if it was their fault or my sales person. The process took longer than it should have and required me checking in to see what was going on with my project. I was then told that my artwork was incorrect. I understand being at fault but I was frustrated that I had to seek out an answer and move it along. That being said, I don't know if I will come back to Marco as there are many other companies who can do promotional items. To reiterate, it made me sad because I have never had this experience with them before and hate that I am basing my review off of what could be the customer service skills of one person."
