"I bought a can of DeOxit D100 from Markertek which came in badly bent can with an 2020 expiration label on top of an old expiration label of 2010. I was upset with what appeared to be old inventory with a fresh label. I contacted Markertek and they apologized and agreed to ship out a new can and a return shipper for the old one. Then they asked me to toss the old can. The new can arrived a few days later with a single 2020 expiration label and the can was much fresher looking and not bent up. I was however, very disappointed with a response from the sales manager of Caig labs suggesting possible litigation if I posted a video of my experience or made comments on social media. I hope his comments do NOT reflect the concerns of upper management with Caig Labs. I asked for a phone response from the CEO at C.L. but never heard from them. I also asked for an apology from the sales manager and did not receive one either.
As a result of my experience with C.L, Not Markertek, I will no longer use any products from Caig labs. I have found suitable replacements for my needs. I am very satisfied with the way Markertek handled the entire situation; wish I could say the same for Caig Labs.

"I have had Markertek build custom cables recently.
The first cable was a hybrid DB25 to XLR AES digital cable configured for AES channels 1&2 output only (rather than using an 8 XLR snake). This cable is used with a Grace M108 mic preamp when only recording two channels and is less cumbersome than carrying a snake. Markertek built a beautiful cable to my specifications. It's quick and easy to connect and stays out of the way.
The second build turned out not to be custom, so the custom department expedited the request to the order department and the cables were built and quickly shipped. Kudos again.
