"I purchased in early December 2016 as XMAS gift and goods were delivered quickly - which was a good surprise .However the items were unsuitable and this is when the nightmare began in returning the unwanted items back to them.
After numerous requests and emails, I finally managed to return the goods back to them. It has now been over 40 days since my return request for them to acknowledge my return and process a refund. They are still today holding over £500 of my money. They have not even bothered to respond back to me after numerous emails sent to them asking for a status update.
I have no choice but to file a claim against this company - as there is no way possible I can accept a company to hold my your money after returning goods back to them based on my distance purchasing rights.
Stay clear of this company as they are having sever problems with customer service, responding to emails and most importantly completing returns and refunds."
