"Ordered within their parameters to meet freight and discount, then told I could only have one or the other. Total low-class operation with fast talking car salesmen for account reps, Mike in particular is a real scumbag."

"MAT electronics had a 'sale' on DLP lamps; I ordered 3. The 1st was described as an OSRAM lamp, the other 2 had no description. To make sure these lamps were NOT the cheaper 'NEOLUX' type, I called & someone said"All our bulbs are OSRAM", a bit of misrepresentation, since the result was that 2 of the 3 bulbs were Neolux, and the 1 lamp which said Osram was 'out of stock'. When I called,I found that they know about this & it may be something they do all the time, and are not willing to do anything about it,saying 'Neolux IS made by Osram & if you dont like it send them back'. After going through their returns process, paying shipping and probably a restock fee it's not worth it to me, & probably not to many other repair shops."

"We placed two orders with this store. Out of these two orders most of the items received were either not what we ordered or completely unsuitable substitute parts. They were not very helpful in resolving the issues so we are no longer using them."
