"I got a promotional discount and decided to order some sleeves. My order was messed up and I got regular sleeves instead of the ones I ordered which were premium. I contacted customer service and they said I had to wait and send it back to them and for them to process and before they can send me replacements. I did so and finally got the correct order. Turns out the sleeves were poorly cut, the edges look thick on one side and had frills of plastic sticking off of it. Some sleeves were too tight to fit my card while some were too loose. I expected more from the customer service to help resolve my problems quickly but I had to wait a long time for my correct order to come and when it did come, the quality was embarrassing "
