"The company sent me the wrong suit,than charged me to send it back $25. So I sent a money order, only to have them charge my card for $25 again,then tell me they can only give me store credit, not the $25 back.Then turned around and told me they didn't have the suit I needed and could only send me a restocking fee as refund. This is NOT A GOOD COMPANY "

"Ordered a suit off of the website it was burgundy with wide peak lapel and had the name brand Tiglio on the sleeve when I received suit not only did it not have wide peak lapels it had another name brand on the sleeve when contacted the return department not only was that the worst customer service I have ever had you can’t talk to anyone on the phone you have to email them when I finally got a email back they don’t sell suits bye name if that is the case why are there names on the sleeve also there was size or label’s in the suit so you tell me how do they know what size the suits are I have never bought a off the rack suit with no size inside also I ordered a 44L and when I received the suit the vest was too big I wear a 44L and have never had to get the vest altered I know suits are different because of who they are made bye but when I too it to my tailor he told me the vest after he measured it goes with a 48L suit two sizes too big once again contacted the return department I was told I got the right suit from their warehouse the suit with no size inside so how do they know I guess they must have someone measuring all of their suits and putting them in the right place in the warehouse so when you order they know were to go and get them after I was refused to get a refund for a suit they just gave me not the one I ordered I was told Ithey would give me 25.00 back on my credit card what a complete very disappointing experience with this company I have over 50 suits but will never order from this company again need to say they have lost a lot of business because of this because I had friends that would have bought suits from them but everyone I know I that buys suits will advise them to stay very far away and I will report them to the better business bureau extremely bad experience! "

"They advertised 3 day shipping on orders over $99. I placed order on a Monday morning and get a message there is 5-7 day shipping. Immediately emailed company explaining i needed the item by Thursday night and if it could not be delivered by then, I wanted to cancel the order. The only reply I got was a very short "your order has already been processed". Long story short, items did not come in on time. Went thru what seemed like endless emails trying to get my full refund. It cost me $30 to ship the items back and then they cut my refund short $20. So they cost me $50 for nothing because they wouldn't cancel my order. Do not buy anything from these people. "My order was never shipped when I try to track it I keep being told that a shipping label was created but the shipping company never actually received my order. Can never actually speak to someone and nobody reply to any emails. I would not recommend this company to anyone had to contact my bank for a total refund. "I placed an order with Suitusa.com/mensitaly.com/mensusa.com on August 28, 2015 and paid an extra $25.00 for quick 2 day shipping. After I did not receive the order in 10 days, I requested a refund for upgraded shipping, and Suitusa only refunded me $15.00, not $25.00. I paid $75.00 for the store merchandise, and the order total came up to $125.00, the difference in shipping cost.
On September 22, 2015 nearly (1) month later, I requested a full refund of my order because I had not received it. The customer service person said they have to follow a process and refused to refund my nearly (30) late order which I upgraded to 2 day shipping.
I can't imagine in today's online business competitiveness, a company like this will survive for more than (3) years.
