"I spoke to your rep/serviceman/salesman Raj for sometime today. He was helpful, clear, attentive, knowledgeable and pleasant. It should be noted that I called to clear up a question and ended spending a cool $150. Money is not exactly flowing here and I am reluctant to part with such a sum. Raj was able to explain the pros and cons of your service and allowed me to come to an unforced choice to opt into your service - I can assure you that any pressure or perceived coercion would have been met with resistance. Raj, I feel, could be entrusted with much more responsability, as he handled my reasonably complicated email/microsoft account/anti-virus problem with ease.
