"Bought three keys over the span of a couple of weeks. The first 2 had no issues whatsoever. Windows and Office are working fine with valid keys. However, I bought another Office key for my laptop and it was giving me an invalid key error. Their system gave me a key that had an error in it or had already been used. I reached out over their website and sent multiple emails. No response to anything for 2 weeks. Eventually did a chargeback on my card to be done with it."
