"I have bought three keys from microprokey.com for Office 2021 Pro Plus and one Windows 10 Pro. The Office install and activation went without a hitch on two separate Windows 11 machines, whereas the Windows 10 Pro install somehow installed as an activated version of Windows 10 Home. The key couldn't upgrade this version. I contacted microprokey.com support late at night and, first thing next morning, they helped me get it activated with the key they originally provided. Addendum 08/02/2022. After further investigation the Windows 10 installation issue was due to the ASUS ROG G750JS laptop I had re-installed Windows onto automatically loading the original OEM key from the BIOS.

So, my thanks to microprokey.com and Giovanni from Support in particular for helping me work around this issue which had nothing to do with the key they provided."
