"Just completed an installation of Office 21 on one PC. The assist with the install was complimentary due to a delay in receipt of the product key. The installation was more involved than I had anticipated. The support technician, Alejandro, was knowledgeable, efficient, patient, and with good humor made what could or SHOULD have been a tedious process into a pleasant experience. His technical and customer service skills are definitely a plus for microsoftsoftwares! I have 4 remaining installs to be addressed on the next business day.
