"I bought a pair of boots from milanoo, which ended up being too small (even though it was my correct size) I have since the contacted milanoo about sending them back to receive a full refund, however they have yet to get back to me with a correct returns address and since this I have looked on various review websites saying other customers have not received refunds for goods they have sent back. Am really angry and furious if the lack of communication and customer service from the milanoo staff. Will not be shopping at milanoo again!!!"

"The items were nicely packed, came as they were seen from the website.The shipment was even early than it was expected. The dress label was cut in the centre and did try to get reasons for that on 07 January 2012, unfortunately no one has responded to me yet. Otherwise their products are good and they are the way they are seen on the pictures."
