"You said that the goods would arrive around the 20th. I went to California for a week ending in the 21st. I called Federal Express and they said I had two days to claim the package or it would be destroyed as per your instructions. There is no way I can be in Tallahassee tomorrow. I called a Fed Ex store near me and he said to instruct Fed Ex to send it there and a friend can pick it up with the tracking number. Otherwise it will be destroyed."

"The items I purchased arrived quicker then expected. The shirts do run smaller then expected, but they fit. They say one size, but if you wear a size bigger then small or medium, the items would not have fit. Overall I am pleased with my pruchased. "

"So far I'm having a terrible experience with Milanoo. I've ordered some bridesmaid dresses for my wife and her sisters. I was expecting the items to arrive in two weeks. The items will take 4 weeks to deliver. That's too long. I can't log on their site to cancel the order. I tried resetting my password and no emails from them. Nothing. This is very frustrating. Milanoo doesn't have a US phone number and I can't dial international. I can't reach Milanoo. Contact me if you see this.

Update: Finally got in contact with Milanoo customer service via phone. The CS was very helpful. Milanoo agreed to refund 70% of the purchase and the full shipping fee. I still can't log on to the site nor did I ever receive an email response for resetting my password.

"Just got an update from milanoo saying that because I wore the shoes only 2 times in my life and the heel broke the 2nd time I'm not entitled to a refund. For me it wasn't even about a refund all that matters is that I get the message out on their poor quality of shoes so no other paying customer makes the same dumb mistake I did :)"

"The skirt I received is not ugly, but was not what I had expected it to be. It differs slightly from the picture on the site and the material it is made out of seems plastic-y, and I am embarrassed to wear it to school. I was disappointed with my purchase, especially after how much I had paid for the skirt and how excited I had been to get it."

"Well i was satisfied with the dress even though i cann't fit the dress. I should have taken my measurement and not go according to the size chart. Shipping the package back would cost me more money that i didn't have so i kept it."

"my experience was great with milanoo, the parcel got on time to me and all the clothes were exactly the ones i selected in the pictures, there is only one request as im interested in more shopping i would want u guys to mention "Gift" on the parcel as here in Pakistan they charge too much custom on it if there isnt mentioned anything like the custom costed me same as the clothes i purchased and the shipment was separate
please consider it thank you! rest all was good!

"Very disappointed! The dresses I ordered did not look like the picture! The dress I received had silver sequences on it, whereas the picture did not. It was supposed to be lace but instead of like the picture being lave it has flower pattern on it!! I ordered these for my bridesmaids for my wedding and I have no time to order anything else!! "
