"Was a little hesitant to try Milanoo at first so I bought a couple of inexpensive cute dresses and accessories. I am extremely surprised in a really good way with the whole experience. The outfits were better quality than I expected and I received my order earlier than promised. I will definitely become a regular customer if every transaction with Milanoo is as the first. Will order again soon!!!"

"I was severely disappointing with their return policy. 3 days for a return ship? Sorry but that's just ridiculous and considering the fact that it takes me 4 days to get in contact with them to make a return for my clothing not fitting right, I just see no point. I will not be shopping with them again."

I feel so serious sorry for any inconvenience we've brougt to you .As for your complain ,there must be some misunderstanding about the"3 days" ,according to our return policy ,we don't ask the item must be arrived in 3days,you can choose cheaper ways to send it back as you like.But you should go to the shipping company or post office in 3 days to send out the item when you receive our RMA number .Or we will not refund once expiration.Sincerely hope this answer could help you to know more about our return policy .Thanks so much for your kind understanding.wish a nice day ~”

"I'm very concerned because I have read many bad reviews for this company but I have also read reviews singing great praise.
