"I am very upset with Milanoo. I have been attempting to dispute the order since I recieved it. The order was no where near the size that I ordered. The chart they provided suggested that I needed a size 13 (I am usually a 10). The dress was not consistent with the size chart and was still very small. I have been working with them to try to get this issue resolved and to return the dress to no avail. "

Thanks for the dress however it does not really look like dress i ordered in picture the material is heavy and not like the one shown in picture, dont think dress is a true likeness. would not order dress again. Wedding dress looks cheap will have to bling it up myself

"Bought the product for my daughter. She said it was authentic looking (coplay outfit) and "Super Cute". The fact that we were able to order customize tailored sizing (she's tiny and hard to shop for) and the fact that Milanoo delivered it ahead of schedule was great!! This was shipped from China to Texas, USA too. The log-in via ipad was a problem though, but after emailing them, they were quick to investigate and work on the issue causing log-in problems from ipads. Will definitely order from Milanoo again in the future and recommend them to others. Wish there was a state side business setup here in the Dallas Texas area. :)"

"I don't review often, but in this case Milanoo really deserve it. Customer service answered within hours, our shipment was given priority (we had paid for express delivery though, but still felt we got better service), and the package was delivered by DHL ahead of time. The only downside was that the fabric was very thin and ripped easily (but we gave it some hard battle damage at a party), and the zipper broke easily. Thumbs up for cool designs, great service and a good shopping experience. We have already used the site again."
