"I just received my order of 46 Pink Flower Axido Znic Swarovski Crystal Rhinestone Purse Hanger. It wasn't expected until 07/08/12 so they did ship fast. But the way that they packaged it was awful. They pretty much just dump them in a box with no packaging materials to soften the transit they must have been clicking and clacking against one another so Needless to say...10 of them were broken, crystals missing or and the metal straps were broken on some. This is the only way I could find to lodge a complaint other than calling them in China..I couldn't log into my account which I attempted at least 10 times. They wouldn't or couldn't validate my account. Very frustrating...they should have packaged them more carefully and inspected them..as I noticed that some where definitely missing jewels before them put them in the box. Otherwise they would have a jewel in the plastic bag they were in. The ones that aren't broken are really very nice but if I had known that 10 wouldn't have made it..I wouldn't have ordered."

"I am ecstatic with my new garments!! I absolutely love the dresses I bought. They fit true to size and the fabric is a nice weight/quality. I bought two pair of bloomers too. They are a bit short in the crotch but adorable! My only disappointment was with the shipping. I paid for expedited shipping and received my order 20 days later. Milanoo was quick to follow up with me and did explain that the 2 pcs from the order were backordered. I'm hoping to get reimbursed for the extra shipping cost. Otherwise, I am very happy with my adorable new clothes and will definately order from Milanoo again!! Susie "

"My dress and shoes came a week early and they smells new no damage or anything. Shipping was supposed to be 7 days but it came in 3 I was really happy with the color and the look of the shoes and dress they were the perfect size and I will be wearing them a lot."

"Yes, Milanoo is great, absolutely, Milanoo delivered! and I loved it. But I must also be very honest here and tell you guys the truth; during the shopping, on the check-out, I have selected the "EXPEDITED SHIPPING AND HANDLING" during my previous milanoo shopping, Which indicated my shipping time would be between 3-5 days, but it takes forever to receive the shipment, between 2 to 4 WEEKS, so, my question is, why in the world would they charge for faster shipping if the shipping would end up taking weeks? That's dishonesty and unprofessional and I thing I'll never buy from them again"

"i orderd 3 dresses and underskirt for my wedding dress in april 2012. so far i have only received one of my dresses and no refunds from others. i have been contact about the issue,but milanoo.com suddenly stop replying to my e-mails and honestly i wont recommend that site to anyone!!!i lost £120 and i think its disgraceful that they havent done anything to help me to resolve the problem. now i had to get new dresses for my bridemaids which cost me even more money!"

"MY 1ST EXPERIENCE WAS ABSOLUTELY AWFUL.I ODERED MY WEDDING DRESS OFF THIS SITE AND AM NOT PLEASED AT ALL! FIRST OF ALL MY OREDER WAS DELIVERED LATE. THEN, WHEN I FINALLY RECIEVED IT, I WAS SUPER EXCITED BUT SCARED AT THE SAME TIME BECAUSE THE PACKAGING WAS HORRID. THEN, IT GETS WORSE. WHEN I FINALLY OPEN THE PACKAGE, THE FIRST THING I NOTICED WAS RUST FROM THE COMPLETELY RUSTED EYELETS THAT MY LACES WERE SUPPOSE TO GO THROUGH. THE RUST HAD STAINED MY DRESS IN MANY PLACES. AFTER THIS, I UNFOLDED THE REST OF MY DRESS AND NOTICED THAT THERE WAS SILVER FABRIC ON IT. NO WHERE IN THE MILANOO PICTURE WAS THERE SILVER. MY DRESS LOOKS ABSOLUTELY HIDEOUS. IT DOESNT EVEN LOOK LIKE THE SAME DRESS I WANTED. AND I DO NOT HAVE THE TIME TO SEND IT BACK. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN. "
