"I bought 2 pairs of shoes - after taking nearly a month to arrive they were HUGE (sizing chart is well off!!) so i wanted to return for a refund. They ignored the weeks worth of messages i sent until i opened a dispute via paypal (as i ALWAYS pay with paypal).
I paid £35 to return these shoes and now only to find they have not accepted delivery of the return! Dispute still ongoing - AVOID AVOID AVOID.

"ok, I did the stupid thing and ordered before checking out the reviews, and Im glad i did! first things first. You Have to expect a long wait. i waited about 20 days for my outfit. I bought a custom sized dress, a parasol, a purse, shoes and a corset.while i think my dress is a bit short, thats ok because i think it was a mistake on my behalf since youre supposed to measure with the shoes on.but thats ok, id rather have it a little short than for it to be dragging. anyway, they shipped it on time and it arrived a day before it was supposed to. even though this isnt always the case. honestly, you cant order from here thinking youre gonna get your items quick. i see alot of complaints about it. if you order a short time before your time specific event order it at least three to six months before (in case you need to return), i got this in may for an event in october. btw, the dress, shoes and everything, theyre pretty high quality for the price. i cant wait! thanks milanoo!"

"I sent several e-mails and did not get a response for a unusually long time.
You web site did not allow me to enter all of the tailor made measurements necessary to get a custom fit.
The items did not even come close to fitting. properly
I sent a letter of dispute and we will see how long it takes to resove the issue.

"The dress that was sent to me was the wrong size. The milanoo website will not allow me to log in and file a complaint and there is no other way to contact customer service. So far I am very disappointed. "

"I received the flower girl dresses that I orderd online with Milanoo May 22, 2012. I am please with the dresses that I ordered...they are very pretty...I do think their size charts are somewhat off. I am very pleased that they arrived earlier than expected!!!! The date they gave me was May 30. "

"I purchased 2 pair of shoes from them, they arrived together in a battered box, one pair so miss shapen due to being pushed in one box,and unwearable, the other has a scroll on the top of the shoe and this was loose with all glue showing.I took photos and I asked to return as quality not as shown on website, this they will not accept so I asked for partial refund, I was told that this is not a quality issue and glue is normally visible on shoe, and on website they claim it was removed before photo taken.
The shoes are not good quality and the company are not interested once you have paid your money, they offered me money off next order but I will not order from them again, please beware, both pair of shoes are unwearable and I am out of pocket, don't buy!!!!!! wished I had read reviews before purchase

"The dress I recieved was very nice, and it arrived early
However, the arms of the dress were rather tight. Milanoo said they could not replace it but they said they would offer me a $15 voucher
I had chosen the option to tailor make it, but they did not have an option for arm measurements. I feel that they should have that so to not have any more problems
Otherwise I loved the dress
