"The dresses came in a plastic Fed-Ex bag, it was slightly torn at one end but the dresses were safe, everything seemed to fit well but the zippers were not to my liking, to low quality, in fact 1 out of 4 of my dresses the zipper seemed to be damaged, when i tryed to zip it up it came undone behind it leaving the zipper and dress worthless till I am able to take it to a seamstress and have a new zipper put on it, it takes about a month after your order before you will see your package but they do warn you about the long wait slightly. I would return the dress with the broken zipper but it would cost more to return it then what I payed for it. The bows they show on there dresses might be safety pined just a for warning. I can always sew them on.Also The elastic around the arms is mainly meant for extremely thin females unless your arms are solid muscle or bone, your guna have that sausage trying to fit in a straw kind of look. I an a average women in the 120s category and my arms in one dress look hideous. it actually cuts off the blood supply how small the elastic band in the arms are, but I will have it taken care of by a seamstress, the dresses are cute, fabric is ok nothing to special slightly thin. I would actually consider buying here again even with all the sites faults but personally I couldn't wait sanely for the month that I had to wait. And it almost drove me bonkers waiting and worrying.Also I tracked my package after they gave me the fed-ex code to after a month of the dresses needing approval. Surprisingly it made it from china to Alaska in 1 day by the next morning it was in Tennessee but it stayed there for 2 days till it was shipped to Florida where I had to wait yet another day to get my package. all in all I loved the cuteness of the dresses, only reason I was able to get them was because I had free shipping my total was 244$ if i didn't have free shipping they wanted close to 500 total to ship. I hope this helps out anyone with questions, and hopefully Milanoo will pick up there game with the length of time it took for the dresses being shipped and shipping cost. if they did that and made options for women who have different bone structures within there arms and shoulders with no cost I would defiantly buy again, I was planing to get everything from now on from them but im not so entirely sure now. overall slightly satisfied."

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!
They offered free shipping but when it came to pay, there was a shipping charge. I wrote to them and asked why there was a charge (after they already hit my CC) and since I bought a promotional item it did not credit towards their shipping minimum. Of course there is no mention of this rule on the site, or what is considered a promotional item vs regular..
I asked for a refund of the shipping (we were talking about $4USD difference to their free shipping tier). They refused.
Items took 3 weeks to arrived, shipped via Air Mail to west coast, so there was no delay in the shipping, it was all the 'handling' end (should be called bumbling, read on).
One item ordered included some modifications that were made available via their site, the product came stock, without any modifications, a request for resolution has gone unanswered for 10 days.
Learn from my mistake!

"Well I ordered two items from April 24 and I was hoping that they would be shipped by the 8th of May but they weren't up until the 16th of May still nothing. The customer service for me was and still is very good. I like the response and the time it takes for me to get a response to any quarry i may have but the time for my goods to be shipped is a concern for me. I was assured that the items will be delivered in the time agreed on so i'm waiting. "

"I am very unsatisfied. The dress didn't get here in time, in fact it wasn't even mailed until I complained after the date it was supposed to be here that it was still being processed. Then it was shipped economy instead of expited which I paid for. Once it did get her too late and after buying another dress to replace it, it was too big anyway. I ordered shoes from Milanoo and upon receipt i was floored by the poor quality. The picture of the shoes looked really nice but in person it was a total disaster. They appeared to be made of cardboard, colored tape and construction paper. Needless to say, I am will not wear the shoes ever so I am throwing away $75!! It's obvious I will never order from them again and a lesson learned. (I should have checked the reviews of this over seas company before purchasing) I will tell several people about this bad experience and will look for more rating sites to expose them as much as possible. "Well I had a lot of contact in the beginning. I ordered a dress February 25, 2012, did not receive til April 10. Good thing I didn't need it til August. Well when I received the dress it really did not look as nice as the picture on the website. The top of it was ok, bottom was made of cheap sequence and appeared crooked. I am the mother of the groom so I didnt need all that sequence. It didn't look like sequence in the picture. Besides that it was much shorter on me than in the picture. The boning dug in my rib when I tried to sit in it and the dress got even shorter when I sat!!! Whew! way to short. Anyway the contact with Milanoo was good, they sent instructions etc. on how to return. So I did send it on April 17, but used the Postal service since UPS and FedEx where well over $40. So I've sent 4 emails beginning April 24 and 3 requests on their website asking for the status of the return. Nothing was answered!! And I am not happy. Not one response. So hopefully if you order you won't have to return. They sure took the money quick enough, now I'll have to wait and see if I can get it back.
UPDATE: It is now June 11, 2012 almost 2 months later, and they claim they still have not received the dress!!! I don't believe it!! It shouldn't take that long! Never again will I buy overseas!
Update: July 17. 3 months later and still no refund. I recommend do not buy from an overseas company because if you have to return and item and want tracking it costs at least half the amount of the item you purchased. I guess sending by regular postal service only gets the item lost and now I have no tracking. So I am out over $85. I don't think I will ever see my refund. I will never buy overseas again!!"

About the package, we use plastic package due to it is not so expensive, and the plastic is solid. Also in it we use more plastic bags to protect your items. It is safe enough.
About the zipper problem, sorry for the inconvenience. we will inform the product group about this so that they will take this into serious consideration.
Also about the sleeves, it is really hard to fit every gilrs around the world with standard sizes. So we have tailor made options for the gilrs with perfectionism. Maybe we should take the arm hole size into consideration. Thank you for your feedback.
