"I was highly dissappointed for two reasons. 1. The shipment took forever to get to me! Nothing in the site advises that the shoes are shipped direct from China so I expected the shoes within 7 to 10 days as most companys offer for shipping. 2. The shoe are not the actual size stated. The size 8s are 7.5 and the size 6 was actuall ya 5. The site does not advise the shoes are not true to size by American standards. I had to dissppoint two (2!) customers because I could not fulfill their custom hand painted shoes by the deadline they gave. This looks bad on my company and may have lost further sales. "Customer service was not too great, although I always received a prompt response it was poorly worded and too general in regards to my problems. The website stated the dress would be delivered within 30 days, after 30 days the dress wasn't even mailed out much less finished sewing. I received a response within just a few hours that the dress would be shipped out express in just a few days. After 10 more days of waiting the dress was finally shipped out regular mail with fedex. We received the dress after 5 more days. The dress was okay, nothing too brag about. The sewing was alright but definately not professional, some seams where unfinished. It also was too big. I measured my daughter and according to the milanoo website size chart she is a perfect size 8. So we didn't pay for the custom sizing, after all, custom sizing is really only possible if she tries the dress on between sewing for fit. Good thing I can sew some and I was able to fix the fit. I would not purchase another dress from milanoo. Just too much of a hassle, but you get what you pay for. Hard to find a nice prom dress here for under $100."

"Shoes and lingerie ordered, products arrived quickly but were ALL the incorrect size. Sizes were ordered according to the advertised Milanoo.com size charts.
Milanoo.com policy states that a FULL REFUND (including shipping fee] will be given if items [non-custom] for items that are more than 3cm difference.
The shoes were 2 sizes too large, more than 3cm, and the lingerie is over 10cm too small.
I have a chain of 9 emails to their Refund/Return office where they keep telling me to take photos of myself in the lingerie - nipple to nipple - to show where the items do not fit. This is more than inappropriate!
They refuse to answer about the over-sized shoes.
MILANOO.COM refuse to apply their OWN refund/return policy to which I am LEGALLY entitled.
