"I ordered a pair of shoes, no. 37. I wear 37,5, and there were no 37,5 or 38 shoes available. Later on my size appeared as available on the site. I wrote you and asked you to switch the shoes, but I got no answer. I received the shoes today. Surprise! They're number 36! 36! No way I can fit into those! I paid 32 euros for the shoes and 36 euro for transport and taxes. It will be cheaper just to throw them away than to send it back. 66 euro for a pair of shoes that doesn't fit me. What can I say, money well spent!"

"The service was pretty good, however I wish I would've known how the dress was before purchase. The dress I bought had bows and beads on it, however, I did not realize these were going to be safety pinned on. While the dress is very cute, the rather obvious safety pins makes it look a bit tacky."

"I think that milanoo was the easiest site I have ever used online. It was simple, had no problems and was easy to buy my stuff. It has a lot of different merchandise to choose from and really reasonable prices and I love the daily deals. The only thing I would say I didnt like is how long it takes to recieve my orders. I would most definitely use it again."

"The suit was to small, every thing was correct except the height, I measured my body as instructed and they still managed to get the height off by nearly a foot. "

"Super fast with expedited shipping which was only $2 bucks more. Though the cut on one dress was a little frumpy for my taste... and the other seemed like the fabric wasn't cut or sewn properly (didn't drape properly like there was excess in the bodice area. Honestly though, I can't complain. For the price, the "frumpy" one still fits well and the other can have the top cut off and turned into a skirt and it's still cheaper than most places. I really did like the fabric they used, and like I said, it was super fast. I still intended to order in the future, but I will be careful to look the design over for my personal tastes to be sure I'm more satisfied in the future."

"This is my second order with Milanoo, the first one I received surprisingly fast, and this one took considerably longer. All ordered items were delivered as advertised and were of good quality. It was stated in my second order that there may be a delay in shipping because of Chinese New Year, so I was notified up front that there may be a shipping delay. Prices seem fair for quality of items and I will do business with them again in the future."

"In terms of their service it was very satisfactory. The item arrived on time and there were no problems. However, the tracking system is difficult to use and requires you to go to the chinese EMS site to track your item but it is difficult when you can't read the text. This can be translated using google translate. Also, almost all of the costumes on the site do not have the correct names of the characters. For example, Captain America is "blue super hero" or something to that effect so it requires you to cycle through every page till you find what you are looking for. Although there are those minor problems the products are amazing quality"
