"My first order initially there was a problem with the website, that quickly got fixed and they responded to my e-mails. However, my most recent order I haven't been contacted in any way and have no idea what the status is and it has been 3 weeks since my last purchase. I was thinking about whole sale and other business options with Milanoo, however I'm not sure if that is wise, considering I'm still waiting on contact for this most recent purchase. Note: on both occasion I spent well over 100 dollars, I have attempted to contact them several
times.

"I had received my package in perfect condition. At first I had believed that I was given great service, but nearly a month after receiving my package the shipping company that milanoo used FedEx sent me a bill for taxes. After consulting FedEx they had explained that the company Milanoo had the option of paying the taxes, but didn't. This price was not a part of the original agreement of the total cost and now I'm stuck with paying the tax. I went on the website to look for customer service options, but as I look for a way to contact the company I'm going to have to pay long distant charges to call them because there is no 1-800 number.

This is my first time purchasing items from milanoo and before today I was willing to continue being a customer, but this has servilely disappointed me.

"Takes way too long for the product to be shipped. The website needs to inform customers ahead of time about how long it takes. I ordered my wifes shoes on Jan. 27th for her birthday on Feb. 6th to only find out the order will not be in until Mar. 15th. Needless to say it kinda ruined her Birthday, Im disappointed and will never shop at Milanoo.com again...PERIOD!!!!"

"The corsets were authentic, good boning in them both. Well-made, sturdy.. Only one problem, I ordered a purple one and got a black one instead. Not a bad enough trade to send it back. Very happy with the workmanship and the quality."

"When I placed my ordered for 2 dresses, they said to allow 18 days to process. Within ten days, I received an email stated they were done and it was shipping the next day. I got the dresses from FedEx and it only took 3 days to get them here. I was VERY pleased with my experience and I will do business with them again. The dresses were well made and look just like the pictures online. I would definitely recommend them! Thanks!!"

"Below average. My items were of very very poor quality...the sizing was completely off. I wear a size 6 and the items listed as One Size would not fit over my head. While the panties were of OK quality, one fit large and one is so small I cannot use it. I reported this to the company and while they were sympathetic, they only offer me a $15 credit to be used on Non-sale items and could not be applied to shipping, also they have a minimum amount per order....so I did not order again. I will NEVER order from them again."
