I was answered thet "read the web page correctly" and that all items are in-stock if they are on the site.

If someone violates the terms of the sales contract and asks if an item is in stock, and the item appears on our web site, our standard answer is to state that the item can be ordered.

The instructions on the contact form you used to send your message stated never to use any customer number, invoice number or order number in your message. But for some reason you did. Violation messages automatically are sent to spam. Fortunately for you we occasionally review the spam folder for any violation messages.

We just received the incomplete message shown below. The terms of the sales contract state that when contacting us that the customer is to send us their name, address, city, state, zip and order date. We are unable to find the information in the message required by the contract.
The terms of the sales contract state that customers are not to all or email us to check the status of their order but are only to log in to their accounts on the web site to read their order status. Now they say that I violated the terms and conditions of their site. They refused to cancel order and I had to contact my bank and block my card to protect myself."

When I asked why they would list products from a company that had been out of business for over a year, I received the rudest response I have ever received in my life. It left me speechless. My advise to other buyers, run, don't walk away from minishop.com. "
"Unfortunately I am very disappointed in minishop.com. I ordered 3 items for a custom dollhouse, and since they are in CA and I am in AZ, anticipated it would be fairly quick in coming. When I went back to check why it hadn't arrived, it was 'scheduled' to be sent 17 days after I had paid for it! I think that is ridiculous. I emailed them to ask, and got a rude response about my having included my order number, and that caused it to go to their 'spam' - and I was 'lucky' they checked! I will NOT deal with them again."
