"I was hesitant to buy my prom dress on myssidress.ca but i did it anyway and i wasn’t disappointed. It was exactly the same as the picture and very good quality.
I gave my measurements and it fits perfectly but the sleeves who were a little to wide.
I had the dress like 2 or 3 months after the purchase.
I had great experience too with the costumer service.

"If I could give them zero stars I would! This is my fault for rushing and not digging in and reading more reviews. What a horrible experience. I ordered a dress and it looks nothing like the picture, the color is wrong, the bra cups are sewn in sideways and through the ****. This is very poor form of sewing standards.
The beading is all half falling off and cheap looking, as well the beading thread is grabbed into the lining skirt and pulling it up.
I asked to return it as typically anywhere you purchase something you can return it, apparently they don't take returns unless its horribly messed up!
They charge you extra shipping duties on top of everything I paid to have a rush dress made. So now I am left with a dress I don't like.
Whatever you do don't buy from here, yes its cheaper, but as the age old saying goes you get what you pay for!! Something I won't forget ever again.
Not to mention after being told I was unable to return my purchase, I said fine I will write a review stating how bad of an experience this was and was sent back a laughing emoji.... very professional"

At first, i accidentally ordered two of the dress, but with a quick email to customer services they had it sorted within no time at all. Contact between the business and customer was spectacular, they were extremely kind and helpful with everything :)"
