Heres The Story:
So I Ordered A Cyclo DS Black On Friday The 26th Of December - I Vividly Remember The Item NOT Saying "Out Of Stock" ( This Is Becuase I Was Searching All The Websites To Find One That Wasn't Out Of Stock) So Anyway, I Go Through The Order Process And Read There FAQ, And It Clearly States: "Your order will be dispatched the same day you place it" So I Thought "Great What Could be Better?" So I Wait Until Monday Afternoon - And Notice Even Though I've Ordered My Order On Friday Night And I've Ordered $27 Extra FEDEX Express Shipping - That I Have No Shipping Verification - And I Haven't Recieved My Tracking Number, So I In Turn Try Place A "Support Ticket" On Their Website (Don't Get Me Started On How Much Their "Live Support" Is Never Online) And I Wait For About 3 Days After That - Until I Recieve 1 Response From A Person Saying That The Item Isn't In Stock - And That I Have To Wait Or They Can Refund Me - So I Reply To The Ticket "What Are My Possible Options? - How Do I Go About Getting A Refund - Or How Long Does It Take To Get More In?" - And To That Message I've Not Got A Reply For About 5-6 Days Now.
I've Tried Calling Their "Great" "24 Hour Customer Support" Number About 3 Times Everyday - It Seems To Be A Fake # That Belongs To A Company Called "Pegasus" (Which I Only Ever Get There Message Machine) So I Make A New Ticket Saying I Don't Want To Wait Anymore - And To Just Refund My Card - No Reply For 2-3 Days Now - And I Even Sent A Copy Of The Message To All Of Their "Posted" E-mails For The Company.
Anyway - I Don't Know If Their Ever Planning On Resolving My Issue Or Not - But Either Way:

As I Said In My Post Above (Just Incase The Reseller Is Also Blind) - The Item Was Clearly "IN STOCK" (Yes That Says "IN STOCK") The Night I Ordered It - As I Said - The Stock Seemed To Suddenly Be Updated And Change On Monday Morning.
I Also Find It VERY Interesting That EVERY DAY From Between December 25th And January 1st - As Well As EVERY DAY Between January 1st And The 13th Has Been A "Holiday" For You - (Or Is That Just Part Of Being Lazy Scammers?) Oh By The Way - Your Oh-So "Great" And "24HR" Customer Support Number - IT DOESN'T WORK!!! - As I Said Before - I Called Like 10 Times A Day And Then A Damn Message Machine Picks Up - I Leave 2 Messages - And What? - You Don't Reply - SO IN ORDER TO GET THE REFUND I'M GETTING I HAVE TO CONTACT THE PAYMENT SITE "ALLIED WALLET" AND I'M NOW WAITING ANOTHER WEEK!!!

"I had the exact same experience as 'frustrated_guy' only my order was placed two weeks ago. I sent four email inquiries, both to sales and shipping contacts and received no response so I will have to contact my bank as well. There's no excuse for that kind of 'service'.
Update:
I only received an email response (which was a direct copy of the response to my review here) after posting this review and when I replied to it with a cancellation request I again got no response. My order was placed nearly a month ago and while mod-chip.com was very quick to charge my card they haven't fulfilled my order or even replied to any emails."

Made an order a week ago on something with "Full Stock". On their site and the order confirmation email I got from them, you could see wording like "credit card order shipped the same day". But I never receive any email from them again, even after I sent THREE emails to ask their custumor service about the status of my order.
And my credit card was already charged. I will wait a few more days before going to my credit card company.
But what kind of site is this? I have been shopping around the internet for almost a decade, but never saw a site like this. Be careful!"
"The worst eshop ever.
I paid for a new component and i received a used, dirty and broken one, without an invoice. In addition, the www.mod-chip.com "company" does not exchange it neither refund because i didn't ask it in a period of 30 days (it was 35 actually - but it was not my fault).
If this is not a fraud please tell me what a fraud is.

"My Experience:
The layout of the site was decent as I was able to find exactly what I wanted. I ordered:
1} "Black" Cyclo DS
2} 8Gb Mini SD Card
3} 1-2 Day Shipping
I had some visa problems for the first day as the website would not accept my card. I sent an E-mail and I did get a helpful response. I wasn't really happy that it took about 10 hours for a response but I did get one and he seemed really nice. {The problem was because I didn't aware Visa that I'm using an international website, so it's NOT the sites fault at all.}
So after my call to visa, I retried to purchase the products and It finally went through. My "Order Confirmation" E-mail came about 45 minutes after. It was a reasonable time and I was happy.
Now, Since I used a credit card, the site claims that [Quote] "All credit card orders WILL BE shipped the same day we receive them (Mon-Fri)." [End Quote]. Well, I sent mine on a sunday and my E-mail also says [Quote] "Orders on weekends or holidays are shipped the next business day." [End Quote]
Today is monday. It is considered a business day and I have not recieved a "shipment confirmation email" The day is almost over and I have sent an E-mail to OsterMann to see if anything has gone wrong and I still haven't recieved an E-Mail. I'm going to wait for the full 42 minutes before I send another E-mail.
Ok, monday was a national holiday in Europe so no wonder I didn't get my info. But on tuesday morning, I got my E-mail response and a shipment confirmation E-mail AND my UPS tracking number. Very Help full once again and great timing also.
My package should be comming thursday. {Which is today}.
Overall, service was well done and you're not going to have any trouble. I've enjoyed my shopping on this site and I'll be glad to shop here again."
