"Ok, I decided after reading the reviews to place my order for some team xecuter mods for my classic xbox. I was a bit nervous, especially as the company is based in europe (austria). I have never ordered goods from a company outside of my country of residence. The fact that I could enter my order details under SSL connection made me more confident.

I decided on UPS express delivery next day. I got the delivery, but there was a few issues. The Next day @ 11am, I e-mailed Ostermann and explained the issues surrounding one missing item (control panel), a query about the contents of one kit which did not seem to have the correct parts and why my roll of red wire was not present.

I recieved a e-mail reply, same day @ 2pm explaining the issues with my order and was told that the control panel would be delivered via royal mail next day.

Sure enough I got the control panel and because the rolls of red wire were out of stock he exchanged it for 2 ROLLS of blue and white wire and 2 "wire kits" which had red wire in them for no extra cost. Now if you check to see how much one roll of red wire costs, then work out how much the exchange items listed cost, no one can say I got a bad deal.

I can honestly say that Ostermann knows how to do business on a european/worldwide scale. I have never had this type of customer service to date. If you want Number 1 customer service, buy from Him :) you will not regret it! :)

When I get my hands on a Gamecube, I will be ordering more mods from his company :)

"I received my parcel two weeks ago but never had the chance to post a testimonial.

Ostermann provided great customer service. His quick responses are a huge plus.
When I first placed my order, it would be a week before I'd have time to send the money order due to work. Knowing it's going overseas, it would take a week to get to him, and a week for the item to get to me. I was right; Straight to my door.

"Amazing customer service! I had ordered a cartridge for my Nintendo DS, and it had been back-ordered. Then back-ordered again due to production issues. They kept me up to date on this, and when I asked them to switch to a different color of the same product (which they had in stock) they sent the order right away.

Took some time getting to my house, but only because I live in the US and it was sent right around Labor Day weekend(09/03/07). They were very patient when I emailed asking about how long it generally takes for orders, and were going to place a tracer on the package to find out what had happened that it was taking longer than normal.
