"I am writing this review in sheer frustration.Had bought products before. But the quality of shipping degraded and the site shipping is misleading. I ordered an ipad cable on 9th. On the checkout it said small package delivered by USPS 3-4 Business days. But still no sign of my package. I contacted the customer service via chat and i was told that it is 7 business days. That means that i have been duped and misguided about shipping time. I asked the Representative to send me a new one as the product has not reached me but she refused and asked me to wait one more day. I bought this anticipating 3-4 business days. I waited on thursday, friday, saturday and even today monday. How long should i wait...."
