"Ive used monoprice for a couple years now, sadly I was hoping to go into more detail but their website sucks and I can’t see past orders and other basic stuff – but from the emails I have access to, I spent about $50/month with monoprice though a few transactions were in the $500 range..
The thing about monoprice, is all of it is from china. But its not the cheap typical stuff you get from china. I think what they do is they find products in china, modify it to be better, and sell the new modified good version.
Most of my transactions from monoprice have been super easy and reliable. I order, and two days later even with the free shipping option its at my door (I live in southern California – and monoprice is 100 miles away).
The few times I’ve needed to contact monoprice after the fact for returns or exchanges, it has been easy and painless. I have never had to call them, always use the chat option on their website, and refunds or exchanges are issued within seconds of my request with no questions asked.
It really could not be easier. Monoprice products are very high quality and their customer service is even better.
