Good, cheap products but clueless customer service. I've been a loyal customer back in the states and wanted to continue buying from them now that I'm stationed overseas. I contacted them right after my order was placed to HELP them ship it - my address REQUIRES the +4 digit extension in the zip or post office will return to sender, during checkout there was no way to enter the +4 in the shipping address fields, so I said "Hey Monoprice, you guys didn't have space for this, but you'll need it to ship my order. Here it is before it's been returned!" Customer service replies back "Oh sorry we didn't have a field but everything will be okay! We've shipped to this kind of address before with no problems!" Well a month and some change later, big surprise my shipment hasn't arrived! How hard would it have been to call down to shipping and provide them with this information? Really, I expected a lot better from Monoprice than this. Very disappointed."

Monoprice uses first class mail international to ship to Canada. This service by USPS provides complete tracking to Canada, yet customer service insists there is no tracking and is unwilling (or is incompetent) to check
Monoprice, why would you tell your customers there is no tracking when that is not true??? I repeat, first class mail international to Canada by USPS is 100% trackable!!!!!!

"This merchant is hands down the best when it comes to electronics. They don't carry computer parts (like CPU's, Graphics Cards, etc.) but what they do have is very reasonably priced (with price breaks on bulk orders), and of pretty good quality. The best part by far is that they have lifetime warrenty on all their cables. If a cable you order from them stops working, frays, snaps, rips, or gets obliterated in an explosion; you simply have to log on, talk to one of their RMA specialists, and they will send you replacement cables of the exact product number at NO CHARGE. No shipping fees, no restocking fees, no "we hate you for breaking our cables" fees. Nothing. Best part is that they don't require you to send back the broken cables. So if you are like me and throw out cables when they stop working; you don't need to worry!
All their other merchandise has a 1 year warrenty from the time you bought it.
I actually asked them for a place I could write a review because I felt so strongly about what they are doing. I could not say enough good things about Monoprice, so keep up the good work guys!!!"
