"I was building a home theater in my man-cave and needed everything from speaker wire, a wire raceway to hide the wires and cables, hdmi cables, and other accessories. I recalled ordering cables for my cell phone from Monoprice many years ago and remember them as being a very reputable company. Based on their consistently high reviews, I revisited their website. I found everything I needed for the home theater set-up. I compared their prices to their on-line competitors and found them to be much less expensive. In addition, the shipping costs were quite reasonable considering the number of items I was purchasing.

The items were delivered very well packaged and the quality of the merchandise was far superior than what I expected. I purchased more speaker wire than needed, and they had absolutely no problem with me returning the extra for a full refund; however, the cost of postage to return it would cost about half as much as what I paid, so I decided to hang onto it for some future projects.

Their web site is very well designed and their customer service is outstanding. I will be shopping for all of my cables and home theater related accessories at Monoprice from now on. It is truly a remarkable company."
