"You know those 30" Monitors from Korea all over ebay selling for half of what the big names sell for? You wouldn't touch them , right? Then Monoprice recently imported a bunch and offered some buyer protections so I took a chance. Bottom line, they gave it the old college try but it didn't work out this time. This is where you find out what a company's customer service is REALLY made of - when they get beat on 2 deals and still refund you every penny (no restock fee) and even paid the postage to ship it back the 2nd time. As a result, I would not hesitate to take a chance with them again and would actually look for an opportunity to spend some money with them as a result. They earned it."
"This morning I ordered some items as "guest" and did not set up an account. Afterward, I thought there could be some benefits (such as reviewing past orders, discounts, etc.) and tried to do so. However, the system recognized my email address, as I had used it as "guest" and did not permit me to proceed. A quick "chat" with online Support Staff Jovie V helped me accomplish the intended result. I am glad Jovie was available to assist me on this."

"I have ordered from Monoprice.com in the past, and their products are cheap, and seem to work. But this last time I ordered headphones model 9980. These sound great, but when on a phone call the person on the other end hears themselves echoed back to themselves. The first 2 pairs bought were RMA'd out for another pair, and unfortunately the echoing happened again. I contacted them again and they told me that I can't get a refund because paypal.com won't let them refund me. It's not my fault that the products are defective, and yet I am the one who is getting punished. They did issue a store credit, but I am a bit soured after this experience, and am not sure I even want to shop on their site again. I asked the agent if they can just send me out another pair, and they stated that these headphones are being investigated for similar issues to what I am reporting, and so they felt it's best not to do that. I asked why they are still selling them, if they knew there were issues with their stock, they had no response.
I feel cheated.
Hopefully others with think twice about whether they want to buy products from them.
