"I am a previous customer of Monoprice and have always found their products, prices and service excellent and my most recent experience has furthered that perspective.
This past weekend I had another opportunity to place an order with Monoprice and selected their overnight service (which happened to be the lowest cost shipping option - how's that for awesome?). The order shipment confirmation was provided on Monday afternoon, and the package was delivered (immediately followed by a delivery confirmation email) on Tuesday morning as planned.
These flawless experiences with Monoprice have established them as a go-to vendor in my mind. They are excellent!

"I am in the home theater installation industry and while I like to keep my best resources secret from the competition, I must proclaim the awesomeness that is Monoprice! The website is amazing, ordering is simple, and the shipping is fast and fair. I recently made an order in which I forgot a few items. I immediately requested help through chat. Jovie was on in a flash and was able to get my additional items added and included in the order in about 75 seconds. I can't even brush my teeth that fast! We have saved thousands of dollars with Monoprice products and have received incredible service with every order. I don't know how they do it, but it makes me happy!"

"On 5/7/13 I ordered two cables to be delivered overnight. The next afternoon, after not receiving the package, I called Monoprice to inquire about the delivery and spoke with Danielle Pellegrini. She discovered that the package was in fact not delivered as scheduled. She was very apologetic and assured me that I would be credited for the shipping charges. The next morning I received not only the package, consist of two cables, but a duplicate package. I was VERY pleased with the way it was handled, very professional. I will continue to use Monoprice for future cable purchases. I will also highly recommend them to friends an co-workers. "

"I am disappointed with monoprice's service. I ended paying double the amount on shipping and more importantly custom and other fees than the actual price of product. When you end up paying 55 dollars for 28$ worth of items you definitely should think whether to buy from them again or not."

"monoprice is awesome, from the products they sell to the people they staff. i received the incorrect length of a cable i ordered and after a few quick questions in a chat session with beverly i was told that the correct cable would be sent out and i would be able to keep the one incorrectly sent(probably because the return shipping would cost more than the cable itself so it didnt make sense).

i checked the box below because i was in fact asked to write the review, however i would have written this anyway. i order stuff from monoprice all the time and this is the first time there has ever been an error with an order and the process to get that corrected couldn't possibly have been easier or faster.

"I don't even know where to start. I bought a cable. Something was faultly within 30days. They replaced it for free, with the same shipping I chose (priority), and mailed the next day (which was after I contacted them the night before). I did not have to send the original cable back either. Then I was curious on my shipping time, so spoke to someone. Man, this person is by far the most awesome CS person ever. Personal, unique, thorough, nice, just, crazy. Wonderful :)"
