"I was looking for a good but affordable 3D printer for a long time, and a friend of mine recommended the MonoPrice MiniDelta 3D printer. I did some research on it and found that it was actually a very decent printer for the price. So i decided to purchase one, (open-box). The whole process was smooth, and the printer was delivered within 10 business days.
The printer comes fully assembled, with everything you need. The only thing i had to purchase is the filament (PLA). It's small enough that you can put it anywhere and start printing. However, the part that may be confusing for beginners is to figure out how to print from your computer because this printer does not come with proprietary slicer. I have a good amount of experience with 3D printing and also there is tons and tons of information online for this 3D printer. There is a huge support community out there that post tons of information on how to print, set up the slicer, and other tips to get the best out of the mono price mini delta 3d printer. So if you like to play around with these things and learn new stuff, this won't be difficult to operate.
My power supply stopped working after the first 2 uses, i think the 5A power adapter is just not strong enough for this printer, the company should provide a 10A power supply instead, which can hold more power. Getting a replacement was super easy, i called them, told them what the issue was and they set up a replacement for me right away. The replacement also took 10 business days, so that is a bit slow, but otherwise i had no issues. The customer service every time i called has been great and i am very happy with the technical support i receive from mono price.
My suggestions for them is to have their engineers take a look at the unofficial mono price wiki page that the community has built because they could learn a lot about how to make the next generation of mono price minidelta 3d printer a lot better.
Overall, it's been a very good experience. Keep up the great work!

"I am a returning Monoprice customer. I bought my first 3d printer, Monoprice Select Plus, about two years ago. This product assembled in minutes and has worked very well. For the price, I consider the quality excellent.
I bought my second 3d printer, MP 10 Mini, recently. The model as delivered had some issues but Monoprice Customer Support was very responsive to my needs. In a short time, Monoprice offered to replace my printer free of charge. The replacement printer works very well.
From my experiences with Monoprice, I think the products are high quality and the Customer Support is excellent. I will continue to be a returning customer.

"I wanted to order a 3D printer, but I was headed out of town to go see my 3 year old grandson (I have pictures) and did not want a porch pirate to steal the box off my front porch. "I ordered some cables and should have arrive on Friday. They used a third party freight and said the business is closed. We are not close and receive packages from both UPS and Fedex. I called on Monday and the first customer services rep (CSR) said I will received it by 2:30pm today and if there is any problem from the shipper, they will call me. I called after 3pm and the CSR told me I won't be getting for at least another day. I asked to to cancel the item, she said yes. I did not receive an email, so I called again, another CSR, named Angel, said I just have to wait and can't cancel since it already went out. I need to call the shipper myself. I threatened to call my credit card and write a bad review if i do not get the item by end of day. So Angel called the shipper and called me back to tell me that they are shipping the items back to them. They can't issue the credit until they receive the items back. Keep in mind that i never receive the items, so why do i have to wait. I wonder if they won't receive the items back, does that meant i won't get my money back."
