"I ordered a display port to HDMI adapter. It turned out that I didnt need it. I went to cancel my order but it had already shipped. So I clicked on the live chat button for customer service and was connected to Aubrey B. I explained the situation and asked if I could get an RMA to return the adapter once it arrived. Aubrey didnt give me the RMA. Instead, she called the shipper directly and had them re-route the package back to the warehouse!
