"I ordered online at 10PM at night a product and since the will call was close to my house I set it as the shipping preference. Even though I did this the system put shipping on it and when i went into Chat the next morning to have the order either cancelled or the shipping changed the customer service rep said there was nothing that he could do even though the product had not even left the warehouse I was charged more for shipping than for the actual product. I am in charge of all the west coast for a fortune 100 company and I guarantee I will NEVER user these folks again. I will tell my peers and other networking collegues throughout my organization and others which I am in contact with on a daily basis to NOT use this company. OK, monoprice.com is "closed" on weekends, but they do offer a live chat for customer service. It took Ericka less than 5 minutes to fix my problem by having monoprice.com ship that small item by two-day air on Monday. Ericka was pleasant and efficient to deal with. Why can't all CS reps be like that?? Ericka makes me glad I ordered from monoprice.com! And that's exactly why I gave monoprice.com a 5-star rating for their product shipping process. Yes, the shipment was one item short, but monoprice.com corrected that immediately and without any hesitation. Good for you, Ericka, and good for monoprice.com."
