"I purchased a UPS from them which was listed as being shipped for free. A day later they started asking me for $65.00 for shipping to Alaska claiming their listing stated the free shipping did not apply to Alaska. I made copies of the listing and another unrelated listing from mp3superstore and neither mentioned anything about charging for shipping to Alaska, nor did their listing exclude shipping to Alaska. I then contacted eBay to file a complaint and the representative on the phone checked the listing herself and came to the same conclusion that shipping to Alaska was free and mp3superstore was being dishonest for asking for extra money for shipping costs. The rep then stated eBay will pursue further action against them for dishonest business practices. The rep at mp3superstore kept sending me a link to what she claimed was their shipping policy and yet when I clicked on it I was continuously redirected back to the message page. eBay requires sellers to show their shipping policy upfront on the same page as the listed item and this page consistently showed free shipping after I entered my zip code. This company is dishonest and will not acknowledge their error. Instead of sending the item as agreed upon per eBay rules they cancelled the order on their own."

"I do not recommend you make any purchases from this vendor. Your merchandise may not be what is described and there return policy is if you open the package you are stuck. So how would you know if the merchandise is what they say it is if you do not open the package. DON'T BUY from this vendor. You have been warned."
